Responsibilities - Perform development tasks supporting the Banner student information system and other campus management information systems - Consult with customers on application requirements, business process improvements, and use of applications - Assist in the the testing and post upgrade processes for upgrades and patches - Assist with the design, development, testing, documentation, and support of database applications that provide business workflows, transactional maintenance, and data integration with third party applications - Assist the development of custom reporting and analytics - Configure, test, and support third party product modules - Interface with third party product support resources to resolve problems when appropriate. - Complete project management tasks as assigned by the Director of Application Development & Operations. - All other duties as assigned.
