Salary Range: Up to $66,000/Annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary
The Enterprise Network Analyst is responsible for installing, testing, administering, and documenting enterprise data center, network and VoIP hardware, software, shared components, and networking protocols. This role ensures reliable and secure data centers, network and VoIP operations across the enterprise, with a focus on system installation, configuration, performance tuning, and problem resolution.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages, tests, and provides support for data centers, network and VoIP hardware, technologies, and applications. Documents processes and procedures and propose improvements.
- Installs and supports enterprise-wide data centers, network and VoIP components, technologies and related infrastructure, PDUs, UPSs, VoIP, Wireless, WAN, LAN, VPN, IP addressing.
- Implements security for data centers, network and VoIP protection and client access.
- Analyzes data center, network and VoIP requirements from functional specifications.
- Maintains hardware and software documentation standards for enterprise data centers, network and VoIP environment.
- Coordinates required changes to campus data centers, network and VoIP infrastructure..
- Schedules and performs installation, upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established Information Technology policies and procedures.
- Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
- Recognizes and troubleshoots problems with data centers, network and VoIP hardware and software.
- Ensures data or media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups.
- Supports media management through internal methods and procedures and through offsite storage and retrieval services.
- Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database or library of all supporting documentation.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems.
- Complies with all State and University policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of related work experience.
- This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Working Conditions
- Office and Data Processing Environment. Occasional exposure to extreme cold and risk of electrical shock. Occasional evening and weekend work. Occasional travel to and from meetings, training sessions, or multiple university-owned campuses and leased spaces.
Physical Demands

Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, and/or use repetitive motions. Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Reaching overhead, at or below shoulder level.
This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
