About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking for trailers, parts, rentals, and service. You’ll work closely with our outside sales team, learn the business from the ground up, and help keep our sales pipeline organized and moving.
What you’ll do
- Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and prepare quotes
- Follow up on leads and help outside sales reps prospect new customers
- Keep customer and sales data accurate and current in our CRM
- Track sales and inventory in Excel and flag discrepancies
- Update trailer listings and support advertising efforts
- Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Rental to get customers answers fast
What you need
- A high school diploma or GED (an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Solid Excel skills: you can sort, filter, and build basic formulas
- Clear, professional phone and email communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- A competitive drive and eagerness to learn
Nice to have: Customer service or sales experience, CRM experience, an interest in trucking or transportation
