Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and schedule free in-home consultations for our outside sales team.
No sales experience required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Introduce our remodeling products and services.
- Identify potential customers and schedule free consultations.
- Build communication and sales skills through hands-on experience.
- Represent our company at home shows and community events.
- Work with a supportive team to reach goals and advance your career.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Availability until approximately 6:30–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed.
