About the Position:
The Scalia Law School is seeking part-time Exam Proctors to assist with exam administration. This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) with the ability to work the following shifts from December 1, 2025 to December 17, 2025 and/or April 27, 2026 to May 13, 2026. Monday-Friday: 10:30am to 4:30pm or 4:30pm to 10:30pm. Saturday: 10:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Administer tests and exams to Scalia Law students.
- Follow established procedures to maintain test security and confidentiality.
- Provide instructions to test-takers and answering questions related to the testing process.
- Monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures;
- Report any suspicious behavior or violations of testing policies;
- Collect and return test materials to the appropriate personnel;
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process to the appropriate personnel; and
- Maintain accurate records related to testing and test-takers.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to test-takers;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure test security and confidentiality;
- Professional customer service and collaboration skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time; Ability to bend, stoop, and reach; and Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
