Job Description Summary
Students with disabilities who have testing-related accommodations take their exams in our Testing Center rather than their classroom. During finals week, we need extra help with the high volume of exams during the week. In this job you will assist our team to oversee students taking their final exams in group settings.
The Exam Proctor is a temporary non-exempt staff position scheduled to work 20-40 hours as needed from Monday – Friday of finals week for both Law and Undergraduate students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exams to the necessary office/professor.
- Escort students to the restroom during exams.
- Take notice and report any irregularity you witness to Lead Proctors.
- Check in students at the front desk and escort them to the correct testing room.
- Prepare necessary supplies for the following exam day.
- Any other responsibility approved and deemed appropriate by Testing Coordinator.

- Detail Oriented
- Ability to communicate instructions
- Experience in assisting students
Desired Qualifications
- Being attentive while overseeing test takers. Following instructions in a high pace environment.
