unique position starts at 1:00 p.m. allowing you to sleep in a little later or run errands in the morning before the
workday.

Primary job duties include:

• Develop and implement efficient procedures for scheduling exams,
  including regular exams, midterms, final exams, and make-up exams.
• Collaborate with academic departments to gather exam
  schedules, specifications, and any special accommodations required for students.
• Ensures the integrity and security of all
  tests and exams.
• Supervises the Test Proctor responsible for frontline Testing Center operations.
• Serve as
  the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding exam scheduling inquiries, conflicts, and special
  requests.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to resolve scheduling conflicts and address
  concerns.
• Regularly evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the exam scheduling
  process.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in exam scheduling and implement relevant
  improvements.
