Exam Support Officer
As Exam Support Officer, you organize the logistical aspects of exams for the entire TU Delft. You collaborate with other departments to support lecturers in creating digital exams and prepare tests in various applications like ANS. You also manage all digital exams in SharePoint/Microsoft Teams and actively contribute ideas for improving exam processes, coordinating with the process coordinator.
During exam periods, there is peak workload, requiring extra effort, and no leave can be taken. You join a team that works closely together, values work enjoyment, supports each other, celebrates successes, and maintains a positive atmosphere.
Requirements: You have an HBO level of education and strong analytical skills. You possess good social and communication skills, take initiative, work meticulously, and enjoy ensuring all details are accurate. You are accustomed to communicating with diverse groups in an open and service-oriented manner. You have affinity with complex applications, maintain oversight of tasks, exhibit team spirit, and collaborate effectively. Stress resistance, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. Experience supporting students or lecturers, affinity with higher education, and knowledge of tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint are valued. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required, and experience with Excel is a plus.

Employment conditions: The contract is for 1 year, with potential for permanence. Part-time role of 22-24 hours per week. Salary between €3382 and €4484 gross per month based on a full-time week (38 hours), plus 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus.
