Executive (6 months)
Job Description
Responsible for the execution of human resource processes and transactions for assigned areas of responsibilities in an accurate manner. These will include but not limited to the following:
- Process manpower invoices from institutions to ensure accuracy of the records.
- Issue benefit-related invoices to institutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the various stakeholders for the provision and reversal of financial year-end accruals.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiences.
- Entry level candidates or candidates with Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations such as Microsoft Office Programmes.
