Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref: 534435) (to commence from March 2, 2026 or as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions or in the education sector. They should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua), good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and possess an appropriate level of IT skills. They should be a fast learner, a good team player, attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. 

The appointee will assist in the programme administration and perform ad-hoc and non-routine tasks as assigned by the Department. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary.
