Enrollment Services Operations: Directs the
administration and continuous improvement of enrollment-related
services, including admissions, academic assessment, and related
student support functions. Ensures consistent, efficient, and
student-focused service delivery across all areas of
responsibility. Evaluates operational performance, implements
process improvements, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to
enhance the enrollment experience and support institutional
goals.
Registrar and Academic Records Administration: Serves as
the College's Registrar and custodian of official academic records.
Oversees registration, records management, transcript processing,
graduation certification, enrollment verification, academic
standing, appeals, and commencement-related functions. Ensures the
integrity, accuracy, security, and accessibility of student records
while maintaining compliance with institutional policies,
accreditation requirements, and applicable regulations. Develops
and maintains policies and procedures that support effective
records administration and student record stewardship.
Technology, Systems, and Process Optimization: Leads the
strategic use of student information systems, customer relationship
management platforms, and enrollment technologies to support
enrollment and records administration objectives. Identifies
opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and
enhance service delivery through technology-enabled solutions.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement system
enhancements and optimize operational efficiency across enrollment
services functions.
Budget and Resource Management: Develops, administers,
and monitors departmental budgets, staffing resources, and
operational expenditures. Ensures effective stewardship of
financial, technological, and human resources while aligning
investments with strategic priorities. Evaluates resource needs and
recommends solutions that strengthen operational performance,
service quality, and enrollment outcomes.
Compliance, Policy, and Risk Management: Ensures
compliance with FERPA, accreditation standards, Wisconsin Technical
College System requirements, and applicable federal and state
regulations. Develops, interprets, and administers policies and
procedures governing enrollment services, registration, records
management, and student information practices. Monitors regulatory
changes, mitigates operational risk, and ensures the
confidentiality, security, and appropriate use of student
information.
Data-Driven Decision Making and Continuous Improvement:
Leverages data analytics to drive informed decision-making and
fosters continuous improvement within the area of responsibility.
Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics to
gain actionable insights and monitors performance measures aligned
with organizational goals. Utilities data to inform strategic and
operational decisions. Applies continuous improvement methodologies
(e.g., Plan-Do-Study-Act) based on data analysis promoting a
data-driven culture and enhancing team data literacy.
Ethics and Confidentiality: Practices honesty by
demonstrating a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong

Qualifications
Compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation
standards/requirement, as well as all MATC policies and
procedures.
Required Education & Experience: A master’s degree from
an accredited college or university in education, leadership,
administration, student development or related field. Five (5)
years of experience in the areas of admissions, enrollment,
registrar, and/or student records. Minimum of five (5) years
involved in supervisory and/or administrative responsibilities
including managing teams or three (3) years of staff supervision
combined with an Emerging Leaders equivalency.
Preferred Education & Experience: A master’s degree with
seven (7) years of experience performing admissions, enrollment,
registrar, and/or student records. Ten (10) years of supervisory,
management, or lead experience in admissions, enrollment, registrar
and/or student records.

Supplemental Information
Start Date: This position supports the Enrollment and
Retention Division and is open for an immediate start date.
Hours: This position works a minimum of 40 hours per
week.
Location: Primarily based out of the Milwaukee Downtown
campus with the ability to flex to other locations if needed to
support student success. Employees will conduct all work hours in
the
State of Wisconsin, performing work outside the state is
strictly prohibited.
Salary Information: Salaries are listed up to the midpoint
of the range and placement is determined based on years of
experience, internal salary equity, and a review of the applicant's
