• Total remuneration package circa $201,007 pa (including salary of $171,801 plus 17% superannuation)

Position Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years enabling high performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of a degree or qualification in Management, or similar, with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills before multiple types of audiences.
• A collective impact mindset and the presence to inspire confidence, passion and accountability in both internal and external audiences in this endeavour.
• Advanced strategy and planning skills, including an ability to think strategically on both organisational and systemic levels over multi-year horizons.
