Essential Duties

• Develops, approves, and implements operating policies, procedures, and/or guidelines for a forward-thinking, best practice admissions process.
• Plans assign and supervise the work of the Admissions Office staff.
• Manages Transfer admission operations.
• Directs and approves various personnel actions.
• Work alongside the director of recruitment to design plans and strategies.
• Collaborates with admissions staff across the Graduate School, Law School, and various university colleges.
• Strategizes, develops, and implements comprehensive recruitment and marketing plans.
• Manages departmental budget.
