The Executive Director will play a pivotal role overseeing, mentoring and inspiring a team of development professionals dedicated to advancing the college’s philanthropic goals. This position requires an innovative and collaborative leader who will design, implement and manage a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the college’s vision and the broader mission of the University of Oklahoma. The Executive Director will carry a portfolio of principal and major gift donors.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven record of success in developing and executing fundraising strategies for complex funding priorities, including initiatives that span multiple academic disciplines and administrative units.
