- Oversight of return-to-play programming
- Development of rehabilitation protocols
- Oversee rehabilitation protocols for all athletic teams
- Lead rehabilitation programming with evidence-based interventions
- Serve as the main clinical specialist for post-surgical, complex, or chronic cases
- Ensure compliance with rehabilitation regulations, documentation and billing practices
- Potential lead for sports PT residency in the future
- Maximize insurance billable services requiring direct reimbursement, by leading initial evaluations, manual therapy, and return to sport training
