1. Admissions Administration
• Liaise with applicants to the NUS MEng, PhD, Eng.D Programmes in a timely manner, including:
- Answering enquiries regarding graduate admission matters
- Tracking applications and ensuring the complete submission of supporting documents
- Coordinate with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews
- Sending offer letters and managing processes for final matriculation
• Extract and compile data for analysis and reports required by internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain information in Admission System
2.Other Duties
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team
• Participate in rotational counter duty
• Assist with exam script checking
Qualifications
1. Possess good business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
3. Self-driven, resourceful and organised
4. Ability to work independently and proactively
5. Meticulous and thorough, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7. Able to work and liaise effectively with internal departments and external collaborators
8. Experience with NUS administration IT systems, (e.g. GDA3 and EduRec) will be an advantage
