Executive (MD Prog)
Job Description
The person in this position is responsible for providing administrative support for the various curriculum modules within the Programme of Learning in the Office of Education (OoE).
- Manage lab management and course operations within the MD Programme, including day-to-day classroom activities.
- Provide administrative support to faculty and students to ensure the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned courses or programmes. This includes assisting with cross-covering responsibilities and supporting colleagues with other courses when required.
- Manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems and learning resources for assigned courses or programmes, monitoring student submissions while maintaining effective communication with students and faculty.
- Assist in compiling data for relevant reports and support the MD Programme faculty, staff, and students in processing claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide administrative support to MD programme for all administration related matters and departmental activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues from across Office of Education and SingHealth to operationalise assigned longitudinal learning activities across phases, including assessment-related activities.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by reporting officer.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Prior work experience in an academic, healthcare or research environment would be advantageous.
- Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support operational and administrative functions.
