2. Planning & Execution

• Participate in planning and execution of key departmental projects and initiatives.
• Track progress against goals, report on outcomes, and address challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting aligned with institutional standards.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the department professionally in all internal and external engagements.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
• Stay updated on best practices, trends, and developments relevant to the role.
• Support institutional initiatives, accreditation activities, and quality improvement efforts.

• Experience: 2-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Competency: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
