Job Description
- This position is for Dato' Kho Hui Meng Career Centre (DKHMCC PG).
- Assist in researching employers' websites to gather internship and job opportunities.
- Assist in recording of minutes during team meetings.
- Perform data entry of internships/full-time job opportunities (JDs may be in English or Chinese) into SMU job portal.
- Generate standard reports.
- Assist in corporate info-sessions and corporate recruitment events.
- Assist in CDS workshops.
- Assist in events (e.g. career fairs and networking events).
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language (spoken and written).
- Familiar with standard Microsoft Office products.
- Detailed oriented.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
