The Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science is seeking a professional and well organised Executive Support Officer to provide vital support to the School Director and act as the focal point and public face of a busy academic department.

This is a key position that ensures the effective running of a busy school which spans a wide range of disciplines, including engineering, civil and built environment and maritime. The role requires someone who can work with accuracy, discretion and confidence, offering high quality executive support in a fast-paced university environment.

This is a part time position, working Thursdays and Fridays, and would suit an excellent communicator who is proactive, calm under pressure and confident managing varied and sometimes competing priorities.
