Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to East Cobb, and we're expanding our incredible Back-of-House team. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen
- Tex-Mex culinary experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Commitment to following recipes, build sheets, and company specifications

- Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, build sheets, and presentation standards
- Work multiple stations
- Ensure every plate meets company standards for quality, consistency, appearance, and portioning
- Execute proper line setup, stocking, and station organization before every shift
- Maintain ticket times while producing high-quality food during busy service periods
- Complete line checks, temperature logs, and station checklists as required
- Follow all Health Department regulations, SERV Safe guidelines, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards
- Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products
- Assist with prep production and daily kitchen responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation throughout every shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leaders, fellow cooks, and Front of House team members
- Support opening, running, and closing kitchen responsibilities
- Assist wherever needed to support the success of the Back of House team

Schedule & Availability
Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.
Applicants should have flexible availability, including:
- Lunch shifts
- Dinner shifts
- Weekday availability
- Weekend availability
- Holidays and special events
- Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
