TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work.  If you enjoy supporting a dedicated customer facing team, this role could be a perfect fit for you. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (11am - 7:30pm)

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (LUNCH PROVIDED)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Common Areas
  • Clean and sanitize common area restrooms
• Guest Rooms
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Dust and clean hard surfaces
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors 
  • Clean and vacuum carpets
  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
  • Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Support laundry facility function
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial janitorial experience a plus!Keen eye for detailAbility to self-manage and perform essential duties dailyExcellent time management and communication skillsCommitment to completing work daily to support customer operationsMust be able to pass background checks, drug screening
