Main responsibilities include assisting with daily moving work within the university , supervising and guiding outsourced contractors to move goods to designated locations, maintaining good communication with various departments, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Applicants must have at least a Form 5 education, be able to read and write basic Chinese and English, and have at least three years of relevant experience in handling and supervising outsourced workers .
Applicants must hold a valid construction industry safety card, and those who have received relevant manpower training courses will be given priority consideration.

The contract is for two years and is renewable. Employees are entitled to a final payment, medical benefits, and paid leave.

The main responsibilities of Facilities Services Assistant include assisting in daily removal work in the University, supervising the outsource contractor to complete the removal orders to the designated locations, maintaining good communication with various departments and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Applicants must have at least Secondary 5 level and are able to read and write basic Chinese and English. Applicants have at least three years of relevant experience in removal work and supervising outsource contractor.
Applicants must hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate. Priority will be granted to those who have received training in relevant manual lifting and handling course. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
