Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day housing facilities related assessment, emergencies, preventative drills, inspections, inventory management, and follow-up.
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of $42,800, commensurate with experience.

Primary Duties:
- Support institution/division/department mission, vision, and values.
- Assess and maintain inventory and provide repair and replacement recommendations for items such as common area furniture/equipment, room/apartment furniture, and staff furniture.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience training, mentoring, or supervising team members.
- Minimum of one year experience of related work experience and/or relevant training.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully maintain positive intercultural and interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in creative problem solving.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully provide quality customer service.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully maintain satisfactory work performance.
- Demonstrated experience in organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of computer software applications (examples: SQBX, THD, Microsoft and Google programs).
- Demonstrated experience to successfully work independently, organize own work and coordinate work activities of others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ years related work experience.
- Experience working within a college or university housing setting.
- Experience with GOFMX, Workday, and The Housing Director systems or equivalent.
- Experience in facilities emergency response and resolution, including customer service and vendor coordination.
- Experience with vendor relationship management.
