Position Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Technician II for a full-time role that offers an opportunity to support facilities maintenance on the LL Polk Campus in Polkton, NC. This position reports to the Director of Facilities in Anson County, works closely with all members of the department in the repair and maintenance of college facilities, and is responsible for the completion of work requests assigned and general care of the facilities and grounds.About You: Are you a self-starter with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities? Are you motivated to learn and excel in a community college environment? If you have general knowledge of facilities maintenance and are eager to contribute and grow in your technical skills we encourage you to apply.
