- Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex
machinery, equipment, and facility property to prevent further

- Receives, inspects, inventories, and distributes deliveries
independently to appropriate entities
- Troubleshoots, escalates, and documents issues according to
established policies and procedures
- Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections and
monitors cleanliness

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of general maintenance experience
• Valid Drivers License that meets UW Risk Management
Standards
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of facility maintenance experience
• Previous on-call experience
• Previous experience in a 24/7/365 operation
• Industrial, technical, or HVAC-related degrees or
certifications
