Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating all night shift maintenance operations for university academic, residential, administrative, and support facilities. The position provides direct supervision of skilled trades personnel performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, carpentry, locksmith, painting, and general maintenance activities.
This position ensures facilities remain safe, functional, and operational while minimizing disruptions to campus operations by performing planned maintenance, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and after-hours customer service.
