Job Summary
Department Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading multiple work groups within facilities operations, including maintenance, custodial, and support staff.
- Provides strategic direction, oversees operational performance, manages budgets, and leads capital planning efforts.
General Responsibilities
- Provides highest level of operational leadership and coordination of assigned staff members to define Facility Operations methodologies and standards; provides direction and guidance on high priority Facility Operations projects/initiatives.
Qualifications
EDUCATION Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, inventory management, controls, facilities management, or related field.
