writing online modules and coordinating website updates for Center for Excellence in Medical Education ( CEME ) programs offered as faculty development for the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in faculty development program implementation or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Two years general office work, preferably in an educational setting, including experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications. Ability to effectively interact with the public, students, faculty, and staff. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with others. Experience with on-line conference and meeting applications (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Qualtrics programs. Desired Qualifications: This position involves a high degree of adaptability, dependability and initiative, in dealing with students, faculty, staff and administrators of Oakland University, William Beaumont Hospital and the OUWB School of Medicine. Position requires excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written). Knowledge of Oakland University and Beaumont Health standard operating policies and procedures is desired. Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a highly interactive environment. Excellent leadership, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
