Function of Position
This full-time Culinary/Hospitality position is responsible for preparing and teaching courses in hospitality, culinary, and restaurant management, developing new educational materials, assisting with curriculum review and assessment, performing professional duties, and participating in departmental and institutional functions, including department meetings and committee work. Full-time faculty are responsible for maintaining accurate student records, holding office hours, and performing administrative and professional duties. Full-time faculty report to the chairperson of the Hospitality Department. ... Faculty may be expected to teach at another campus, extension site, or in an online, remote, and/or hybrid modality.
