Qualification:

• Faculty Members/ Faculty Associates: Applicants must be Postgraduates preferably from premier institutions in the relevant subject area and must have qualified NET in the relevant area. A Ph.D. in relevant areas is desirable. They should have a demonstrated talent for business research and writing. Industry professionals desiring to shift to Academics are also encouraged to apply. For Faculty members, 8-10 years and Faculty Associates, 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required. Those who can work for one or two days in a week or on week-ends may be considered for Adjunct Faculty Member position.
• Research Associates: Young dynamic Postgraduates or Ph.D. aspirants/ Students in management with flair for case writing and academic support can apply.
• Program Executives: Graduates with age less than 30 and having excellent spreadsheet skills for data analytics can apply.

Candidate Profile:

• All candidates should have completed PG/Ph.D. in their relevant discipline
• Candidate should work with a lot of dedication and discipline
• Good Communication Skill
