Essential Qualifications:

• Faculty Members & Faculty Associates: Applicants must be Postgraduates preferably from premier institutions in the relevant subject area and must have qualified NET in the relevant area. A PhD in relevant areas is desirable. They should have a demonstrated talent for business research and writing. Industry professionals desiring to shift to Academics are also encouraged to apply. For Faculty Members, 8-10 years and Faculty Associates, 5-7 years of relevant post qualification experience is required. Those who can work for one or two days in a week or on week-ends may be considered for Adjunct Faculty Member position.
• Research Associate: Young dynamic Postgraduates or PhD aspirants/ students in management with a flair for case writing and academic support can apply
• Program Executive: Graduates with age less than 30 and having excellent spreadsheet skills for data analytics can apply.

Pay Scale: Compensation will be commensurate to qualifications and relevance of experience
