Job Position

General Management Department (Renmin Business School) invites applications for a faculty position at Assistant professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor levels. Outstanding Young Faculties who are conducting impactful research, have high-quality publishing records and equip with solid teaching experience are especially preferred.

Qualifications:

Candidates applying for assistant professor position must have earned a Ph.D. in business management or related disciplines before August 2022, and are expected to demonstrate their capability in terms of publish in top journal in strategic management or related field.

Associate or Full professor position requires candidates to have an established publishing record in top journals in in strategic management or related field.
