What’s the job?
The Faculty Operations Coordinator provides operational and governance support to the Academic Director – Health & Education, working closely with them to deliver coordination, analysis, and decision support that enables effective Faculty management and informed, timely decision-making.
This role ensures the effective coordination and optimisation of teaching and learning operations (including subject lifecycle updates, timetabling inputs, and workload planning), with a focus on identifying dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will synthesise information from across the Faculty to inform planning, approvals, and operational decision-making.

The role provides end-to-end visibility across Faculty operations, including specialist teaching environments (e.g. labs and clinics), ensuring academic requirements are effectively integrated into operational planning, resource planning, and performance reporting. It also supports the Academic Director in financial and resource oversight, including contributing to the development and maintenance of OPEX and CAPEX tracking mechanisms, and providing visibility of resource allocation to support planning and prioritisation.
