Maintain regular on-campus office hours as posted for student accessibility outside the classroom, providing ample periods of time for mentoring students in matters related to academic success, life goals, and spiritual development. Submit grades and requests by established deadlines, including budget requests, textbook information, and student academic progress. Assign grades and maintain student records in accordance with FERPA regulations. Serve on university committees as assigned and on McAfee School of Business standing or ad-hoc committees and advisory boards as designated by the dean. Participate in university-wide and departmental meetings and forums. Participate in activities sponsored by the University for collegiality and spiritual enrichment including convocation, commencement, and regular Chapel attendance.
