Taxable annual remuneration starts from MOP855,400 for Assistant Professor, MOP1,052,800 for Associate Professor, and MOP1,250,200 for Professor, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical insurance, provident fund, on-campus accommodation, and other subsidies. The local income tax rate is up to 12%, effectively 5-7% after exemptions.
