• Provide high-quality teaching and academic leadership in pre-clinical and clinical education, ensuring effective supervision and the development of students’ clinical competence.
• Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the dental curriculum in line with international standards and contemporary clinical practice.
• Supervise and mentor students in clinical training, research projects, and theses.
• Maintain an active research profile, publishing in peer-reviewed journals and pursuing external funding where appropriate.
