Job Responsibilities

• Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core engineering and automation subjects:
• Control Engineering
• Industrial Automation Technology
• Operations Research
• Robotics and Mechatronics
• Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry automation practices
• Supervise student projects and internships in control systems, automation technology, and engineering optimization
• Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with industry partners

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong background in control engineering, industrial automation, robotics/mechatronics, and/or operations research
• Demonstrated excellence or clear potential in university-level teaching, particularly at the undergraduate level
• Evidence of applied research and publications in relevant fields
• Experience supervising student projects, internships, or thesis work in engineering and automation topics is highly desirable
• Practical industry experience in automation, control systems, robotics, or industrial engineering is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality teaching in an international environment
• English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable
