Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) & Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Department: Electronics & Communication Engineering

Job Type: Purely temporary

Project Title: Design and Fabrication of Digitally Assisted CMOS Transmitter Frontend for Indian Long Range (i-LoRa) Application

Duration (In Years): Initially for 12 months, extendable up to 05 Years or the duration of the Project whichever is earlier.

Essential Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF): M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics & VLSI Design or related Specializations and minimum two (02) years of relevant experience.

Note: Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PD will be given as per GOI rules

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of OS (Window/Linux/CentOS/RHEL), Server handling, network file system, knowledge of Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor Graphics EDA tools, etc.
• Digital/Analog/RF/Mixed-mode Circuit Design, HDL Coding

Fellowship: Rs.37,000 + 18% HRA (for JRF); Rs.42,000 + 18% HRA (for SRF) per month.

Accommodation: The selected candidates are eligible for on-campus Hostel & Mess facilities on payment basis subject to availability.

Job Nature: Execute the objectives of research project [i.e. "Design and Fabrication of Digitally Assisted CMOS Transmitter Frontend for Indian Long Range (i-LoRa) Application" and demonstration of the prototype of the same] and any other duty as assigned by CI/Co-CI.

Other Benefits: The selected candidates are eligible to register for M.Tech./Ph.D. degree at MNNIT Allahabad as per institute rules. However He/She needs to apply for the same when the advertisement is open.
