Organization Profile: New Horizon College of Engineering is an Autonomous college affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & University Grants Commission (UGC). It is accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade & National Board of Accreditation (NBA). New Horizon College of Engineering is located in the heart of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. The college campus is situated in the IT corridor of Bangalore surrounded by MNCs and IT giants such as Intel, Accenture, Capgemini, ARM, Symphony, Wipro, Nokia, JP Morgan and Cisco to name a few.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification and Experience as per AICTE norms
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position (preferably in an Autonomous Institution).
• Exposure to NBA/NAAC accreditation processes preferred

Job Title/Designation: HOD-Computer Science & Engineering

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification and Experience as per AICTE norms
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position (preferably in an Autonomous Institution).
• Exposure to NBA/NAAC accreditation processes preferred

Job Title: Associate Head – IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of academic experience in an engineering institution.
• Experience in accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of NAAC, NBA, AICTE norms.
• Data analytics, MIS, and report generation skills.
• Knowledge of OBE and accreditation frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Leadership and coordination abilities.
