Positions Available

The Department of Business Management at School of Management, Xiamen University is seeking for qualified candidates to fill a range of full-time faculty positions (Assistant and Associate Professors) in the following fields: Strategy Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Human Resource Management, Corporate Governance.

Qualifications

Candidate should provide evidence of research and teaching excellence or promise of research and teaching excellence in the following fields.

Candidates should possess a PhD degree before August, 2022, have an excellent educational background, demonstrate potentials to conduct quality research – have already one (or more) published article(s) in top international or domestic journals (as first or corresponding author). A record of teaching excellence experience is highly appreciated. Candidates should be able to teach in English.
