- 4/10-hour days or 36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours weekly
- Call is typically 1:6 or better, averaging 2 - 3 calls per night
- Largest community health group in the Pacific Northwest with 40 sites
- Integrated care model: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and more
- Passion for serving underserved and migrant/agricultural communities preferred
- Spanish-speaking patient population; bilingual skills are a strong asset
- H-1B cap-exempt sponsorship available
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply
