Family Support Trainer, Level II
Purpose of Position
The Family Support Trainer, Level II, for the DCBS Employee Training Program (FS Trainer II) will manage the planning, communication and documentation for assigned training sessions in DCBS Family Support and will deliver family support-focused contact and support trainees through applied learning strategies in assigned areas of Family Support, following established lesson plans and curricula.
The FS Trainer II will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI Training Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, FS Trainers may assist with or manage special training requests. Travel in the greater Northern Kentucky region will be required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage planning, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions
- Deliver family-support focused content in assigned areas, supporting trainees through applied learning strategies
- Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing
- State, regional, and IHI personnel and reporting meetings
Qualifications
Master’s degree and 5 years of experience
Experience with TRIS, Microsoft Office, data entry
