FE Lecturer in Foundation Learning
In this role, you will work with high-needs learners, including those with Special Educational Needs and young people with gaps in education who are being reintroduced to learning, delivering high-quality teaching across our Learning, Life & Work Skills curriculum. You will empower students to develop essential academic, social, and life skills, ensuring their successful progression into further education, training, or employment.

We seek a dedicated professional with experience supporting challenging learners, including those with Special Educational Needs, and promoting active engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality provision, strong communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
