Job Summary

This position requires the washing of all labware in an active water quality lab, maintaining a filtered water supply, and cleaning and various tasks as assigned. The maximum hours per week is 5.

Required Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours at UWG with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• The applicant must be able to stand for several hours at a time and work well independently.
• Applicant must follow a strict dishwashing protocol (applicant will be trained in this protocol).
• Applicants must be Federal Work Study eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• All majors are welcome, though those with a science background are preferred.
• Any relevant work experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand for several hours at a time.
