Student Assistant - Clerical & Administration

Classification Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be a UF admitted, degree-seeking student with a minimum 2.0 GPA and registered at least half-time. Current Federal Work-Study award is required.

Job Description:
Job duties will include:

• Support research participant recruitment & consent
• Collect & manage research data
• Assist with research screening events and manage follow-up of remote participants across longitudinal trials
• Perform quality assurance checks for informed consent and other required research documents for research studies and ensure compliance
• Coordinate shipping of biological specimens and lab processing

Expected Salary:
$15 hourly

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be a UF admitted, degree-seeking student with a minimum 2.0 GPA and registered at least half-time. Current Federal Work-Study award is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to work collaboratively, forward ideas as appropriate and problem solve when needed.
• Multi-media capabilities strongly preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
