Coordinate onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and exit
processes for fellows, residents, medical students, and visiting
learners.
Maintain program data and documentation, including MedHub
records, evaluations, rotation schedules, and accreditation
requirements.
Support Program Directors in monitoring program quality,
preparing accreditation materials, and maintaining continuous
compliance.
Manage fellowship recruitment cycles, including application
review, interview scheduling, virtual interview facilitation, and
ranking processes.
Track fellowship budgets, process expenses, and coordinate with
the Business Manager and Program Directors on funding
allocations.
Assist with planning and executing fellowship events, including
graduation and other program activities throughout the year.

Work Location:
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in
Aurora, CO for initial training with the option to move to a hybrid
schedule once the candidate becomes fully operational

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Intermediate
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 1 year of
professional experience with residency and/or fellowship
coordination
Senior
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 year of
professional experience with residency and/or fellowship program
coordination
- A combination of education and related
technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted
for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
- An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted
for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field
of study directly related to the work assignment.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of
hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a graduate medical education environment
and/or previous experience concurrently coordinating multiple
Fellowship training programs.
Competencies:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and
orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with employees at all levels throughout the
institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.

The starting salary range (

- Senior : $52,961 to $70,968

eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
