JOB PURPOSE
Assist in delivering traditional Moroccan Hammam treatments in a private luxury environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, guest care, privacy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Hammam Masseur in preparing the treatment room and equipment.
Prepare black soap, Kessa gloves, Ghassoul clay and towels.
Assist with Hammam treatments as instructed by the qualified Masseur.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of rooms and equipment.
Replenish treatment products and supplies.
Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene.
Respect guest privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
Provide discreet, courteous service to luxury hospitality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must be a Moroccan female.
Traditional Moroccan Hammam or luxury spa experience preferred.
Knowledge of Hammam rituals, products and preparation is an advantage.
Spa or wellness training is desirable.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable in a warm, humid environment.
