Organization Profile: In December 2011, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences set up the School of Vocational Education (SVE) to provide immediate and definite interventions to improve the skill levels of millions of youth, through appropriate vocational training programmes. The target beneficiaries include an organized and unorganized workforce across the industries and SVE aims to cover every individual who needs to develop employable skills. A vision of creating an ecosystem that would bring back the dignity of labour to all professions and occupations to create sustainable sources of income for the blue-collar workforce and youth in the country.

Job Title: Field Work Supervisors

Name of the post: Field Work Supervisor (part-time) – I

Nature of engagement: Part-time – 3 days a week

Remuneration: Rs.36000/- per month (taxes will be cut at source)

Duration: 8 months

Eligibility:

• Have completed a Master’s degree in Psychology
• A minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist/counsellor working specifically with children and adolescents in school/child development centres/ hospital settings.
• Additional training in child and adolescent psychotherapy will be preferable
• Relevant experience as a psychotherapy/counselling trainer and supervisor
• Possess good writing and communication skills in English
