Job Description

DESCRIPTION: The Financial Aid Representative provides exceptional front-line customer service to students and their families and college personnel through timely information and support involving financial aid resources and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree required with 1-3 years related customer service experience preferred. The ideal applicant will have exceptional communication skills; proficient in computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in regards to student information.

WAGES/BENEFITS: $16.65 per hour; commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to: medical, dental, and life insurance; paid sick leave, vacation, and personal days; and participation in State Universities Retirement System.
